Place vs Knock-out poison

Description

Does place along the raging river help to keep consious against knock-out poison? It has helped in everything to a degree except this it seems. I have been knocked out well over maybe 8 times and never seen it take affect on it. Maybe its by design unsure, just thought to ask. Wind.
