Boogeyman edge
Description
The boogeyman edge doesn't seem to do any extra damage to mobs or players even when they are fear poisoned. I've experimented some and the damage seems to be in the same range despite the helpfile claiming they are 'exceptionally' more effective.

Subject: Seems fine.
It makes suckerpunch do more damage, pretty substantially.
