Fist of the Titan and Grapple Weapon from Orcs

If you could please review grapple weapon and fist of the titan interaction. I have had 8 attempts by Grapple weapon and 7 were successful, with the one that was not reviewing was a failed one, not resisted. I can provide logs if you need. I feel that I should have at least resisted a few of the attempts. Judging by disarm attempts having a 0 resist to it seems to be bug. Thanks
