Description
Expected: When ingest any item, limited or not, it returns with me on login
Actual: Thing disappeared after logout
Steps to Reproduce:
Ingest thing
logout
Login
Check inv
Repro Rate: 1 / 1 times. Don't want to check again but will if asked

Subject: Working as intended.
Some things always disappear on logout, it has nothing to do with ingest.
