Able to call altruism on a mob if you are affected by confuse
Description
It's not possible to intentionally call altruism on a mob, however, if you are affected by confused, you *can* end up calling it on a mob. I'm not sure if this is by design or not, hence this report. Log below.

You CAN call altruism on mobs.
Just not all of them.
