Inspect goods
Description
I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug.
Inspect goods skill doesn't seem to go up when gaining any type of experience, i.e. commerce, observation, etc. Other example skills that do are lore, legendary awareness, improved skills, etc. I gained a couple thousand in each and nothing moved.
So, the question is: Is it failing some check for improvement or not intended to have one?

Subject: Partially fixed.
There is no issue with improving it through experience.
But there was an issue in the logic on the improvement through use. That will be fixed.

Subject: Would you mind?
Taking a second look at improvement through accrual of exp? I'm nearing 15k commerce exp now and still 0% improved through exp.
Also, clarification if I may? Does the skill go up through one of the big 3 of experience or just usage?
More details: Orc, skill is at 66%.
I was wondering if it had to do with Orcs not getting Lore or Haggle.

Subject: Well that clarifies.
See you could have just told me your race/class in the first place. But noooooooooooo.
As an orc you won't be getting any improvements to it from the experience source itself.
You're an orc.
Your commerce should be about how much elf blood is passing back and forth.
