Frostblade not Nodisarm at 41

ID on level 41 Frostblade:

I haven't advanced beyond 41 yet, so I can't tell you when it turns to nodisarm, but I can confirm that it does not create a nodisarm at 41 like the helpfile states.
I thought I was missing something in the ID, but then I got disarmed. :(
