Hypnotize despair and lethargy.
Description
An IMM post in 2013 stated that Hypnotize: Lethargy imposes a "burden" effect. Testing showed that no weight was added to the victim when hit with lethargy. Did recent bugfixes to the "burden" spell effect not make it to/break hypnotize?
To reproduce:
Victim fills a container with enough heavy junk to cap out their weight.
Victim drops container.
Victim is hit with hypnotize: lethargy.
Victim is able to pick up container.

The same imm post stated that Hypnotize: Despair imposes a -str effect. Upon testing, victim did not observe any -str impact on their statline despite observing the -stat effects for vertigo/nausea/lethargy referenced in the IMM post.
To reproduce:
Victim checks stats with score and notes strength.
Victim is hit with hypnotize: despair.
Victim checks stats with score and compares strength.
Reproduction rate 2/2

That post is not entirely accurate, and you have some misunderstandings of some of the things the post mentions.
