Dragon Turtle Form Issues with (buffet and capsize)

*form doesn't have wings to speak of and the echo for the buffet is for sure the same as it is with the winged forms*
*this skill doesn't seem to do anything in combat or out of combat, no error message or return of any kind when it's inputted*

This form was never fully coded, so it's technically working as intended currently.
I'll finish coding it up at some point, but that'll be a while.
