Blessed Remission vs Heavens Warmth
Description
So I put up heaven's warmth, got dirt kicked, so put up blessed remission. The hour ticks by and I don't get healed by heaven's warmth. Blessed remission eventually ends and I still don't get healed. Here is a log to show it. I don't know if blessed remission stopped it or not.

So heavens warmth is a modification on your regeneration, which blessed remission nips, thus working as intended.
