Cabal defense and all seeing charmies

As a Fortie I enter the room, blunder my targeting of the necromancer, hide, then get very confused as I'm suddenly fighting the construct. So just confirming whether this is a bug or not, I suppose a construct could be argued to "see" into the shadows, at least in this case (i.e. targeting a member of the same cabal when fighting the guardian)? Though it would seem out of whack, if they can order it to flush out hidden characters wherever. *snip log*
