Veil Shift

Description

Not exactly a bug, but has any thought been given to slowing down the veil shift back to the middle? It's mildly disheartening to spend an hour+ collecting a pile of things to give to one of the mobs, only to have it shift back to the middle (with no apparent change in logged in heroes that would affect it) relatively quickly. Thanks.
