Vampiric ixiticactl Alert skill not working
Description
The Alert skill for this form doesnât ever fire no matter who is in the area. Could this be looked at quick? The form is confident and many PK players have come through the area while in form and no echo.

Subject: Seems fine.
Tested it, echo fired fine. Working as intended.
