No banking fee for some reason?

You were charged no withdrawal fee.
...
Tried in Galadon and Hamsah, no fee every time. Not that I mind, but are the bankers too scared of a *snip*

Subject: This can happen.
There are a number of situations that can result in no banking fees.
If it always happens for you, without exception, over the entire character's life (multiple reboots, etc.) - then maybe something is funky and let me know.
