I did send up a quick pray but I will place this here as well.
Is there a bug with this legacy? Or perhaps just with the application on me.
Since taking it, I feel I dont tank better at all when injured and if anything (And I admit I only have crude methods of measurement at my disposal.) I actually tank far worse in general
- Dodging seems to be about 40% of my tanking which is impressive for a 17 dex giant weighing 440 lb
- But given I am also a sword spec a far to high a ratio
- I have taken this legacy in the past and compared against some of my previous fights and I am not seeing similar results
- Players I have previosuly had a fairly even match up against are now completely wiping the floor with me (Its not even remotely an even contest)

Subject: Seems to be working fine.
Just to make sure we're on the same page, FoA is always present but scales as your current HP as a percentage of your max HP gets lower. At around 10%, the bonus to dodge and parry should be significant enough that it's hard to miss.
