Expected: Hamstring would initiate combat timer.

Unless something's changed, the combat timer doesn't kick in until you swing back in melee or take a combat action (ie, throw).
In that log, the assassin was hamstrung, and fled before a melee round. So the combat timer wouldn't (and shouldn't) have started.

Separately, I also checked and saw the combat timer applied on each hamstring without a melee round happening.
Couldn't reproduce it when no combat was involved, or like the original post where a third party hamstrings me while I'm attacking the Huntress.
