Form nap bugs mana cost
Description
Expected: forms cost mana every tick. Less, if you use Resolve of the Mandrill.
Observed: Can actually regen mana.
Repro:
Shift into cat.
Nap.
... start regenning mana until you either revert or shift into something else.
Might happen for other forms with nap too.
I'm sure you're going to fix this, and when you do... can you PLEASE look at form balance? The cat is terrible. Low dex means even "excellent" dodge is not good. Damage output is not good. Bite is two rounds of lag. The only good thing it has is buggy-nap.

Subject: I'm okay with this.
You're special in that you can nap, and it's a rare situation where you CAN stick around in form, while not being able to do anything else while napping.
I'm all right with this for now.
