edge Underphase not working

Expected: When I cast phase door in the underdark it should work as it does outside of the underdark. Actual: Phase door will not work in any part of the underdark. Steps to reproduce: 1) Log in with a conjurer with the edge 'Underphase' 2) When in the underdark and cast 'phase door' east (when there is a tunnel leading east). Repro Rate: 5/5
