Rangers can see hidden when scanning, but not in the room
Description
I think I posted this about 5-10 years ago, but don't remember if it ever was addressed. On rolling a new ranger, I notice that I can still scan and see hidden creatures in adjacent rooms, but not when I enter the room.
I'm explorer caverndwelller, and it seems to be the same whether I am in my own terrain or other wilderness terrains.

You scan north.

(Hide) A spindly Ettercap is here. <- Here is the hidden critter

You begin creeping in that direction.
Atop the Canopy
The blinding sunlight shines down here. The constant darkness of the
Dranettie wood fades into memory like a childhood nightmare. Your eyes
adjust to the glorious sunlight as you examine the surroundings of the canopy.
Standing atop the GiantsThumb trees, at least one hundred feet in the air if
not more, the world seems suddenly bright and vivid again. From here, you see
the Canopy extend all around, glorious sunlight filtering down from the
clouds above. The Darkness of the Dranettie wood becomes a distant memory as
the sun warms you. Underfoot, the canopy seems somewhat soft and springy,
but firm enough to walk on.

-> No Ettercap seen in the room, I have to leave the room again to see him
Shouldn't rangers be able to see hidden things in the same room that we can see on scan?

Subject: Working as intended.
Explorers have a bonus to seeing upcoming danger, but not necessarily seeing it in room with them.
