Jagged Short Sword
Description
Sorry if this is a double post, I think the Jagged short sword proc is broken, I've had it for a long time now and never seen it proc, and I was using it on and off for 2 hours of constant fighting, and never saw it attempt to proc. Not sure if its just the one I have or if its the sword in general, or something else.

The prog hasn't changed in years, I just tested it and it works. What were you fighting for two hours?

Subject: Main hand it, not off hand.
The prog works (and I assume its by design) when the weapon is in your primary wield spot but not the secondary.
