No Sect Rack Upon Login
Description
Logged in to CF, looked in the sect pit in the Blade Sect of Empire only to find there is no sect pit. Walked south, then back north into the Sect Hall and a sect pit (rack) had magically appeared.

Subject: Working as intended.
There's some magic Empire code that has to be checked BEFORE the rack can exist, and you happened to pop in before it got checked.
Just happens to be how this one works.
