Some edges missing from helpfile (e.g. arial shaman edges)

Description

Cursed wings? There was another one too. Saw them in my list, never saw them in helpfiles when planning out myh character.

Cursed Winds has been added to help shaman edges.

Previously it was solely on help racial edges.
