Pestilence again
Description
So pestilence in affects is 2 parts, one is the recast timer, the other is the regen portion.
When the regen portion, which lasts 6 hours, expires, there is no echo at all.
When the recast timer expires, it says "The benefits of pestilence leave you."
This seems buggy, also the effect is only 5 mana regen?

Subject: Fixed.
Timer drop-off will now have proper echo. Regen portion does not have echo.
As to the last comment, go eat dirt.
