Waylay + targeted Gust of Wind on orc with slave hits s...
Description
The issue is, after a ranger waylay on an orc with a slave, trying to target the orc with a targeted spell (specifying the orc's name) will always hit the slave instead. Trying to do it again even after the waylay results in the same, and comments from other rangers suggest this is not just a Gust of Wind spell issue. But the specific case in this example is the spell Gust of Wind.
Expected: Targeted spell hits orc
Actual: Targeted spell hit slave
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Ranger camo with waylay on orc. Orc has slave. Names do not matter (so orc can be named Joe and slave Olaf, no name resemblance)
2) Orc enters room with slave
3) Ranger waylays. Hit or miss does not matter.
4) Ranger casts Gust of Wind, targeting orc by full name. Example: cast 'gust of wind' joe west
5) Observe gust of wind hit slave
6) Get bashed to death by orc
Repro Rate: 5/5

Subject: Fixed and tricky.
This was tricky, but the logic of the spell wasn't working correctly.
Now it will be.
Your log and format helped a bunch for reproduction, so big thanks there.
So from hereon out, how gust of wind works:
It hits your target.
It hits groupmates/pets of your target.
It hits cabalmates of your target.
The spell was always intended to go across the room and hit various folks, but the logic was set in such a way that it was exiting the loop early.
