Bloodletting issues

This has been an issue with all my orcs. Can we either fix it or remove the messages saying can take the pain of a fresh bloodletting? It seems like the -con affect should remain longer, but you should be able to do it again after the other effect fades. Physical effect: 'bloodletting' modifies constitution by -2 for 6 hours.
