Shrieker mushroom in abandonned mines
Description
Went to mines. Died. Came back as a ghost, got my body. Passed by the Shrieker mushroom...
And was affected with:

Physical effect: 'deafen' for -1 hours.
I'm not sure that it should hit a ghost, unless intended behavior to prevent ghostly exploration. But even so, permanent? Require a second death?
