Items not accepted for barter
Description
I'm trying to use this item to barter for a heal and I get this
The Shadowhealer begins to look nervous as you show him a silver scalpel named 'Desiccator' and refuses to deal with it.
Can't see any change on announcements so figured this was a bug.
