Exploration/Observation Wierdness

Came across a weird thing after visiting 3 Area Explorers that I have never been to: - Dragon Tower Ruins - WhistleWood - Up to the Assassin in the Black Dragon Lair My expectation is when I discussed with my Guildmaster is that I would have got Exploration and Observation. Instead when I discussed with my guild master I go this: **snipped** IE I got no Exploration exp. Personally character wise I am not overly fused on missing out but perhaps its linked to a greater problem such as a memory leak etc.
