When I attempt to entwine someone with the weapon as a flail I get the message your weapon won't budge.

Subject: I'm gonna shoot this one up for discussion, but...
From the looks of it, the nodisarm aspect of the leader weapon is what prevents the entwine (similar to how noremove does). That all being said, that may or may not be changed in the future.
