Underphase

This edge only appears to work at the edges areas where you can phase. That is, If I'm in a area that I can phase in. I can phase Into the underdark a few rooms. But if I'm in the underdark I can't phase at all. Not sure if this is the intended design as the helpfile makes it sound like I should be able to phase at all times.
