Damnation Bug

Greetings, It appears that the 'damnation' affect does not persist through a logout/login. I tested this with a cloaked immortal last night first using devils backbone. Then the Immortal cast damnation directly upon me as a second test. In both instances the damnation affect did not persist through a logout/in.
