Minor wand bugs fixed:

1) Dialogue made more clear if a good-aligned guildmaster doesn't want to give you a hint that would involve killing someone else of good alignment. The time until you can next get a hint will be very short in this situation now. 2) Minimum bribe for evil guildmasters correctly set to 10 silver, not 11. Stupid "greater than" vs. "greater than or equal". 3) Mages with Barrier Attunement and similar Edges will no longer encounter situations where more than one of their wand locations are set to the same spot. 4) Minor dialogue logic upgrades so the conversation flows more sensibly. valguarnera@carrionfields.com
