Sandswirl doesn't seem to check only desert rooms when attempting to swirl
Description
After some testing, it looks like when you do a sandswirl, it checks where you will land, then if that place where you would land is not desert, it immediately fails. It sounds strange to make it so absolutely unreliable except for mainly two or three areas.
For example, in the Loch where the storm giants are, there is desert beach that is like 5 rooms. When you sandswirl, even if at 100% you fail 99% of the time until it selects another desert room.
Other areas with limited deserts like past Battlefields, Sea of Despair, and many others, is the same way.
Basically it only makes it useful if almost all the rooms in the WHOLE area are desert else its just a death sentence to try to do in a moment where it matters.
