Description
Expected: Skill steals from your opponent when being bashed or being stolen from by a visible thief.
Problem: It apparently lags me when the thief steals from me as the skill kicks in. Meaning I could be lagged, permanently, if a thief kept stealing from me. I've also never seen it prog on a bash, so that could use some checking.

it looks like the "lag" you are receiving comes after your steal attempts, not his because you are getting the returns on where right after he steals from you and your command spam occurs after your steal attempts.
