I can still cast the spell but it never lands, on anything. High low level mobs or any PC, pretty sure mine is broken.

Subject: Assassin with same poison issue.
All of the sudden could not land poison smoke on mobs that I previously could. I thought it was something the Master of Nin Dogu edge that had a bug. I attempted over 100 times to land poison smoke on the same mobs that worked before and no luck.
