Shieldspinner edge

Description

Any chance someone can take a look at this edge? It doesn't seem to be doing anything at all. It could be RNG, but I seem to get hit by over half of the shield cleaves that are sent at me.. this spans two characters with the edge. Also, the edge states that you may take a cleave to the face as a result. I have never seen that ever. And I've been cleaved.. a lot.
