Burning smoke at Grime in village

Problem: I'm not sure if this is a bug but the damage from the burning smoke raises with level all the way up to demolishes at level 51. Expected: Damage staying the same as you go higher in level. Repro rate: 100% at lvl 51. It hurts :P Especially since it is also where you buy food/weapons in the village it is anoying to take a big hit like that when just trying to not starve. Thanks.
