Though in the fail column I have an actual "Failed, prison of Glymarach" and no succession matching it - despite having the three quests COMPLETED as well. So, to test, because it seems you can repeat the quest(possibly infinitely? That'd be sweet). Get the quests. Complete the quests. Stay below 35. Go back to the Felar chief, say YES - suddenly the quest you have completed comes up as in progress, again, in your quest listing.
