more blindness fun
Description
Along the same lines as the hiltsmash bug, blindness from the "flash" spell can be canceled. At least, from the "flash" spell when cast by a NPC conjurer. I always thought flash blindness was non-magical, i.e. you saw a really, really bright light and were temporarily blinded by it.
