Some commerce stuff/wight

In the interest of possibly screwing myself over ala reporting wraithform pierce vuln bug, here are some more! :) Repair item at appropriate merchants, and healing at healer work for a wight, and I exchange coins for the privilege. Easy to reproduce, not sure if this is as intended, but it does allow me to repair broken items rather than sac/go get it again, and allow me to uncurse items. Most recent case I had to uncurse in order to repair, and it donned on me that they were taking coins. I sure hope you guys agree with the sentiment that these options are better than sac/regather though!
