Movement running out
Description
Not sure if it is a bug or something else, but prior to the change of host/server (or whatever), I never used to run out of moves. Now I run out all the time.
Have we reverted to some older table of how much moves are lost in each terrain? Are ticks lasting longer? Or is there a bug? Or is it by design?
