Spent herbs

When you gather herbs the stack in the order you gather them ie. the set due to expire the sooner at the bottom. However when ever you log off and back in the order gets messed up. This usually isn't anythin much to worry about unless you are taking a form, then what you find is the herb with the longest time to replaced get used first. Anyway not sure if this is a design thing, but it seems to inconsistent. Would it be something to consider to always have the herbs stack must to least?
