  Yes, it's working fine. You don't get all of the options of advanced picklock with infiltrate, but you get a larger set.

  ...it goes (not accounting for duergar or locksmith).

  Just the wording of "This can be more precise than conventional means of picking locks" seems off in that regard if you combine advanced picklock.
