Nerve vs shifter (shark)
Description
- Assassin hits a shark's knee (maybe just needs an echo update given that assassins don't have many skills against sharks etc?):

A whole bunch of water forms were inadvertently flagged as having legs. And hind paws. Whoops.

Or at least, rattlesnake.

Subject: Fixed.
Either it was fixed previously, or it was never an issue for those forms.

Nerve skill still targets the knees of fish, at least this fish, and no other body part. This means -3 dex and -mv every time. This is murder on all dodge types.

Subject: Nerve and Water Forms
I've changed it such that Nerve will no longer function on aquatic forms. The skill attempts to be clever by considering what body parts the opponent has, but ultimately just ends up looking stupid given how we have things set up and the fact that all the echos are written with the assumption that the victim is vaguely humanoid.

Isn't that why zulg posted he was going to leave it as is originally?

I have no idea what Zulg said or why.
If we feel like this ends up being a huge problem going forward then I'll spend more time working on a thematically appropriate fix, or enlist help from the staff in sprucing up the skill. For now though, I'm not interested in rewriting a good chunk of it and I'm not convinced it's necessary.
