Skill learn and shapeshifters
Description
I set my skill learn to parry somewhere between level 20 and 30, dont remember exact level. About 20 levels later, I've got parry on level gain maybe once as a shapeshifter. Ofcourse, I've been in form every level gain, not sure if that is supposed to affect it or not.
