Air forms

Description

Are there certain Air forms, say, the golden eagle, where even blind they can flyto:murder I'm sure eagles have great eyes and all. but a blind eagle is just as blind as anything else, right? spamming flyto murder seems a big OP if you can do it sightless. And if it's "by design" how about some fails once in a while? no repercussions for flyto blind? how about running smack dab into a wall knocking yourself out.

Only if they have echolocation. Golden eagle does not.
