Description
Probably the 8 millionth person to mention this one. Seems if you get Imm exp, or if an imm has been snooping you (not sure) your skill learn is set to what ever theres is or something. For example I had final quenching one time. I dont got that skill, or maybe its something to do with Scions that changes it. I dunno.
