Balance of the Sisters + Hour Past Midnight
Description
When you take HPM you get automatic 100's in exotic skills if they are in your mainhand. If you also have BotS you would expect that to carry over to your offhand, but it does not. I can have 100% batter, then switch that weapon to my offhand and have 1%. It's sort of...off.
