Can't accelerate mobs I'm fighting as a ghost.

Description

Gives the "you cannot affect blah blah blah in such an incorporeal state" echo, even if I'm in the middle of combat with them. So bleeding a mob dry via acclerate isn't an option while a ghost. Probably not super top priority, but just thought I'd mention it.

The only way you get an incorporeal state echo is when trying to use it on other players while you are a ghost.

Next time I die I'll get one... but that might be a while at the rate I'm going.

I can tell you it wouldn't let me accelerate them before the fight and it wouldn't let me accelerate them while I was fighting them. I COULD quicken them though. And I want to say I was fighting that transmuter in Azuremain while waiting on my stuff to return to me from a misstep in Trothon.
