Tissen has some small but disgusting cuts. He had already been plagued, this was a second one, but I'm getting that "worn off" message, which shouldn't be happening. Is it not stacking but instead resetting or something? Whatever it is, weird! ;)

This is how stackable affects work (technically it creates a new version of the affect, strips the old one, and puts the new one on them). It's probably possible to fix, but I don't want to go re-write all the affect code that is working so nicely today.
